Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival. If booked less than 30 days prior to arrival, a full refund is given for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to arrival. After this period has elapsed and if cancellation is made up to 7 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund is given. Once this period has elapsed, the deposit is non-refundable.
Accommodation rules
– Suitable for children (2-12 years old)
– No smoking
– No parties or events allowed
– No pets allowed
– Guests must observe the quiet hours, i.e. between 01:00 and 09:00
Refundable guarantee against damage
A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. Payment is made in cash. The refund will be made at check out. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash after an inspection of the accommodation.
